What this timestamp camera does and who it is for
Open the page, start the camera and take a shot — or pick a photo already on your device. The picture comes back with a stamp card drawn onto the image itself: the date, the exact time with your timezone, the nearby street address read from your device's location, and the coordinates with their accuracy in metres. Because the stamp is burned into the pixels, it survives being emailed, sent over WhatsApp or dropped into a report.
You can put your own branding on that card. Add a company name, upload a logo, and type a short caption such as the site, job number or the person being met. Those settings are remembered on your device, so the next photo carries the same look without any re-typing. Choose a dark or light card, place it in either bottom corner, and switch off any line you do not need.

Privacy first: your photo is never uploaded — the camera, the stamp and the download all happen in your browser. The only thing sent to our server is the pair of coordinates needed to look up the nearby address, and nothing about it is stored.
Frequently asked questions
Is my photo uploaded anywhere?
- No. The camera feed, the stamp and the saved file all stay inside your browser. The only data that leaves your device is the latitude and longitude used to look up a readable address, and that lookup is not stored against you.
How accurate is the location on the stamp?
- It uses your device's own positioning, which is usually accurate to a few metres outdoors and considerably less indoors or between tall buildings. The stamp prints the accuracy in metres next to the coordinates so anyone reading the photo can see how precise the reading was.
Can I put my company logo and name on the stamp?
- Yes. Add a company name, upload a logo image and type a caption line. Those settings are saved on the device you are using, so every photo you take afterwards carries the same branded card until you change it.
Does it work on an iPhone or Android phone?
- Yes, in any modern mobile browser on a secure connection. On iPhone you tap Start camera first, because Safari requires a deliberate tap before it will open the camera. You can also switch between the rear and front cameras.
Can I stamp a photo I already took?
- Yes. Choose a photo from your device instead of using the camera, and the same stamp is drawn onto it. Note that the time shown is the file's own timestamp and the location is where you are standing now, not where the original photo was taken.
