What this QR code generator does and who it is for

Paste in a link, a WhatsApp number, a payment page or any text, and this tool renders a QR code you can style to match your brand: adjust the foreground and background colours, then drop your own logo into the centre. Download the result at high resolution for print, or at screen size for a slide, an email footer or a social post.

The codes are static, which is the point. A static QR code encodes your destination directly, so it works forever, needs no account, cannot expire, and does not route your customers through a third-party redirect that counts scans and could one day sit behind a paywall. Many free generators quietly produce dynamic codes that stop resolving when the free trial ends — printed collateral then becomes worthless.

It suits F&B operators putting menus on table talkers, event organisers linking to registration or feedback forms, advisors and agents adding a WhatsApp code to a name card, retailers linking to PayNow or a product page, and anyone printing a poster or standee where the code has to keep working long after the campaign.

Generation is local to your browser, so the destination URL is never logged by us. A tip for print: keep good contrast between foreground and background, and test the printed code from about a metre away before committing to a large run.

Privacy first: this tool runs entirely in your browser. Nothing leaves your device, nothing is uploaded, and there is no account to create.

Frequently asked questions

Do these QR codes expire?

No. They are static codes with the destination encoded directly into the pattern, so there is no redirect service to shut down and no subscription to lapse. Once printed, the code keeps working indefinitely.

Can I add my logo to the QR code?

Yes. Upload a logo and it is placed in the centre of the code. QR codes carry error correction, so a centred logo of reasonable size does not stop the code from scanning — but always test the final image before printing.

What resolution should I download for printing?

Use the highest resolution available for anything printed. As a rule of thumb, a code should be at least 2cm square for close-range scanning and considerably larger for posters or standees read from a distance.

Is the QR code free for commercial use?

Yes. There are no licence restrictions, watermarks or attribution requirements — use the codes on menus, packaging, name cards and advertising freely.

Do you track scans of my QR code?

No. Because the code is static and generated in your browser, there is no analytics layer and we never see the destination you encoded. If you need scan analytics, use a link that already reports them, such as your own campaign URL.

Pointing that QR code at a page you do not control?

A branded code deserves a branded destination. Our personal branding websites give advisors, agents and freelancers a page of their own — profile, testimonials and a WhatsApp button — for a one-time fee.
