Does my signature get uploaded or stored anywhere?
- No. The signature you draw or type stays in your browser's memory and is written directly into the PDF on your device. Nothing is transmitted to us, and closing the tab discards it entirely.
Can I add text as well as a signature?
- Yes. Insert text boxes anywhere on any page to complete dates, printed names, reference numbers or short acceptance notes, and adjust the font size so it lines up with the rest of the form.
Can I sign a PDF on my phone?
- Yes, and drawing a signature with a finger on a touchscreen usually looks better than using a mouse. The page layout adapts to mobile, and the signed PDF downloads to your device as usual.
Can I sign a password-protected PDF?
- Encrypted or permission-restricted PDFs cannot be modified in the browser. Remove the protection in the application that created the file first, then sign the unprotected copy.
Chasing signatures on every invoice or quotation?
